Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver anywhere in the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each order is custom made and hand packed using premium ingredients from Taiwan and Europe. Orders can take 2-3 working days to be despatched and 1-2 days to be delivered subject to courier delays.
How much is delivery?
Shipping charges for UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands):
- £3.95 - DPD Tracked on orders below 2kg
- £4.95 - DPD Tracked for orders above 2kg
- Free shipping on orders over £50
Shipping charges for Scottish Highlands
- £5.95 for UPS Tracked service
Shipping charges for Northern Ireland and other islands
- £15 for DPD two day service for all orders
What delivery method do you use?
We use DPD who provide a next day (two days for NI and islands) fully tracked service for all of our orders. We use UPS for orders going to Scottish Highlands.
Why are shipping zones 2 and 3 are more expensive
Sadly since the UK left the EU our couriers have increased the price of shipping to Northern Ireland. Any order that weighs over 2kg will be shipped using DPD who have set the increased rate. This also applies to orders being shipped to Scottish highlands and islands as well as all channel islands.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must notify us of your intention to return your item as soon as possible. Where possible, before sending an item back, please email pictures of your item, your reason for returning, and order details to kapow@manhuacha.com and wait for a response. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
