Christmas opening hours
Closed Wednesday 21st December – Tuesday 3rd January
Our office will be closed during this period meaning any orders placed won’t begin processing until our return. Any emails/messages received will also be responded to on our return
Last orders: 15th December
To allow time to pick and pack your orders before our Christmas break any orders placed from 16th December onwards won’t be processed until our return in January.
Due to strike action by Royal Mail, there have been severe delays to delivery times. This has had an impact on other couriers with them receiving a significantly higher volume of parcels than usual and therefore causing delays to other couriers too. We are a small family business with a team of two people picking and packing orders. We have worked very hard and done everything we can to get orders shipped in a timely manner. Once orders have been despatched, the responsibility of getting your orders to you lies with the courier and unfortunately their turnaround times are out of our hands. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this😊
